This is good stuff!

I usually do the cooking but my lovely wife surprised me today and made this little number for dinner.  Its very delish and easy to make.

She loves Pinterest and is easily inspired.  She saw some crock pot recipes online and decided to see what we had in the freezer.  So, she pulled out some top sirloin and some of my spices and went to town (metaphorically speaking) and this is what she came up with.  Trust me...you're going to like this.

2 lb Top Sirloin Steak - Cut into strips about 1/2 Inch
2 Cups Beef Broth
1/2 Cup Water
1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 Envelope of Lipton Onion Soup Mix
1/4 Cup Worcestershire
1 Medium Onion - Chopped
1 Green Bell Pepper - Chopped
1 Red Bell Pepper - Chopped
1/2Tsp Garlic Powder
1/2 Tsp Red Pepper Flakes
1/2 Tsp Thyme
Dash of salt
Pepper to taste
1 Crock Pot

2 Cups Cooked Rice

Ok this is pretty simple.  Throw it all in the crock pot and mix it well.  Liquids first and stir well then add the other stuff.   Cook on low for 6 hours.
Stir occasionally.  After the first hour, do a taste test and check for salt and seasoning.

After 6 hours the steak will be tender and all of the flavoring soaked in.

Serve over rice and enjoy!
