I haven't been all over the world but I love the foods that make up this great world of ours. These recipes are my interpretations of the spices, marinades and seasonings from all over the world. I hope that these recipes will inspire you. Let's travel together shall we!
1/2 Cup Raspberry Chipotle Sauce (sub your favorite Chipotle)
1 Tbl Spn Brown Sugar - whatever you have is fine
Mix the Chipotle sauce and the brown sugar well. Sprinkle salt and pepper over Salmon. Drizzle the sauce over each piece of fish liberally.
Bake for 30 minutes or until fish is completely cooked.
Boil / cook 2 Cups Bowtie Pasta or your favorite type.
Garlic Butter Sauce:
1/2 stick butter
1 tsp minced garlic (get it in the jar - life's to short!)
1/4 cup heavy cream
1 tsp lemon juice
dashes of salt, pepper, red pepper flakes and nutmeg. Do this to your particular taste.
Melt butter in skillet. Stir in heavy cream and add all of the other ingredients. Let it come to a boil then simmer on low stirring frequently for about 7 or 8 minutes until it starts to thicken somewhat.
Remove from heat and pour over pasta. Serve the fish on top of the pasta. Under the pasta. On the side of the pasta. Without the pasta. What ever you wish.
