Grilled Pork Loin with Spicy Korean Sauce

Grilled Pork Loin with Korean Sauce

 
Pork Loin
1/2 Cup Soy Sauce
2 TBL SPN Honey
1/2 TS Salt
1/2 TS Crushed Red Pepper
2 TBL SPN Korean Chili Paste
1/2 TS Curry

 
Put pork loin in a zip lock bag
Mix all ingredients and pour half into bag with pork loin.
Marinate in refrigerator for at least 2 hours
 
Prepare grill (Charcoal preferably) with half heated and the other half open (no coals) for indirect cooking.
 
Sear pork loin directly over hot coals about 3 minutes on each side.  Do not scorch.
 
Make a foil bowl of use disposable bowl and put pork loin in the bowl on the non-direct heat side.  Close lid and cook for about an hour.  Baste pork loin with remaining sauce every 15 minutes or so.
