Moroccan Rub and Seasoning


This flavorful rub truly goes on anything!  I prefer this on 80/20 burgers cooked medium to medium well.  It really brings out the flavor of the beef.  It makes a wonderful burger with a twist of character.
Moroccan Seasoning:
 
1 TSP of each of these below:  Mix well.
Allspice
Nutmeg
Salt
Pepper
Turmeric
Ginger
Coriander
Chili Powder
Paprika
Cilantro
 
Sprinkle on burgers before you cook.  Also try on steaks and brisket.
