Coffee Rub Featuring McCormicks Montreal Steak Seasoning

 

OK, this in not over the top but it is a little different.  The chili powder and McCormicks mixes well with the coffee.  Come on!  Give it a try!

 

 

1/4 Cup McCormick Grill Mates Montreal Steak Seasoning

1 Tbl Spn Chili Powder
1/2 Tbl Spn Paprika

1/2 Tbl Spn Garlic Powder

Dash Salt and Pepper

1/2 Tsp Ground Coffee

Mix all ingredients in a bowl.

Special Sauce:

 1/2 Tsp Worcestershire Sauce

1/2 Tsp Liquid Smoke

Dash Salt

Small splash olive oil.

Rub it on your favorite beef or meat!
