Spicy Asian Stir Fry Pork
Spicy Asian Stir Fry Pork |
This sweet and spicy mixture goes so well with pork! Very flavorful!
Ok, no real story here on this one. I took some center cut pork out a few days ago (so tired of chicken and fish) and I had to do something with it. So....stir fry of course. I cooked this for my lovely wife Michele! I love you babe!
Use steam or fried rice. Fried rice recipe click here.
The Meat:
1 Lb Center Cut Pork Chops or Loins
Cut finger size strips about 3 inches long. Set aside in a bowl
The Marinade:
1/4 Cup Olive Oil
1 Tsp Hoisin
1 Tsp Oyster Sauce
1 Tbl Spn Soy Sauce
1 Tsp Minced Garlic
1 Tbl Spn Garlic Chili Sauce
1 Tbl Spn Brown Sugar
Dash Salt
1/2 Tsp Red Pepper Flakes
Mix well. Spoon over each piece of pork and cover all of the pork well but save about half of the marinade for later.
Heat large Wok or Skillet with 2 tbl spns of olive oil or stir fry sauce (medium high heat). Add pork. Lay them on one side and cook for about 3 or 4 minutes being careful not to burn them. Flip them over to the other side and continue to cook. After about 2 minutes, spoon or pour the remainder of the marinade all over the pork. Let cook another minute or two. Flip and stir frequently until the pork is cooked through.
Serve over fried rice or steamed rice.
This is very tasty! Tour the world and enjoy!
